Refund & Cancellation Policy For PHMS (Perfect Hospital Management Software)

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations for purchasing our Hospital Management Software. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


  1. Cancellation Policy

    Pre-Purchase Cancellation:- A full refund will be provided if a cancellation request is received before the software is delivered or access is granted.

    Post-Purchase Cancellation:- Within 7 Days: If a cancellation request is received within 7 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued, subject to a 50% restocking fee.

    After 7 Days: No refunds will be granted after 7 days of the purchase date


  2. Refund Policy

    Refund Method:- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    Refund Eligibility:- Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

    The cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe.

    The software has not been used or modified in a way that indicates acceptance.

    There are no outstanding payments or obligations.
